Sandi was an AMAZING agent to work with. She truly cared about us finding the perfect house. She was always so positive, helpful, warm, and knowledgable. She has so much background knowledge about a wide geographic area and was quick to find answers that she didn't know right away. She went out of her way to make time for us to see homes last minute and fought for us to secure our dream home. We really felt like this process was all about us and our needs and wants. She took all of the stress off of us. She was extremely organized and accommodating. The first weekend of house hunting she took us to see 17 homes. As first time homebuyers we needed a lot of guidance and Sandi provided that. Also on a personal note, Sandi is just the sweetest person, and it was a joy to work with her. 10/10 would recommend, and we would honestly be offended if our friends and family didn't use her as their agent.

Sandi was a very lucky find for us when we wanted to move quickly on a property that we found quite by surprise. It turned out to be a complicated situation requiring a rehab mortgage. Sandi made it her business to understand all aspects of this unusual situation and calmly and enthusiastically guided us through months of correspondence with multiple parties to pull it all together. She also went out of her way to find us contractors who were familiar with our situation after others simply told us it couldn't be done. She even kept our three little kids occupied while we worked with various inspectors and tradesmen at the property. Finally, she gave us a very thoughtful and personalized housewarming gift while visiting the property with us on Easter Sunday. Really above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about Sandi. Not only do I recommend her to friends and family, and would use her again. Since we never plan to move again, however, I would like to consider Sandi a friend. She was that good!!

Sandi did such an amazing job getting us our first home! We searched for a while, and Sandi was very patient and open to everything we were looking for in a house. Her knowledge about the local area and what makes certain homes or neighborhoods attractive or not was really helpful! Her responsiveness was extremely quick, and she was on top of everything that came up along the way. Sandi asks the right questions to the right people, which helped us so much as first time home buyers. We had a lot of back and forth with our loan company and Sandi was always one step ahead and got us closing on time. Sandi is so sweet and kind (and very fun to work with), but also assertive when need be and a real go-getter. We can’t thank her enough for getting us the house we’ve been dreaming of!
